Austrian Einspänner

The name comes from the German word for a single-horse carriage which can be driven with only one hand, leaving the other free for coffee!

Ingredients:

• Double shot of espresso. We used Firehouse Six Bean Espresso Blend
• Sugar to taste
• 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
• 2 tsp of powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

• Chill a bowl
• Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
• Mix espresso and sugar in a mug
• Top with your homemade whipped cream
