Austrian Einspänner

Austrian Einspänner
The name comes from the German word for a single-horse carriage which can be driven with only one hand, leaving the other free for coffee!
Ingredients:
- Double shot of espresso. We used Firehouse Six Bean Espresso Blend
- Sugar to taste
- 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp of powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Chill a bowl
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Mix espresso and sugar in a mug
- Top with your homemade whipped cream
